PanelGlobe is a performance marketing and survey monetization platform that connects Advertisers with Publishers through offers, surveys, and digital campaigns.

2. Definitions

• Publisher: Any individual or company promoting offers via websites, apps, or traffic sources
• Advertiser: Any individual or company providing offers, surveys, or campaigns
• Platform: PanelGlobe website and services

3. Eligibility

• Must be 18+ and legally capable of entering a contract
• Must provide accurate business and contact details
• PanelGlobe reserves the right to approve or reject any application

4. Publisher Responsibilities

Publishers agree to:

• Use only genuine and legal traffic sources
• Not use bots, VPN traffic, incentivized fraud, or fake leads
• Clearly disclose incentives (if any)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

❌ Strictly Prohibited:

• Spam traffic (email/SMS)
• Misleading ads or fake claims
• Adult, illegal, or harmful content

5. Advertiser Responsibilities

• Provide accurate campaign details (targeting, payout, caps)
• Ensure landing pages are functional and compliant
• Pay for valid conversions generated by Publishers
• Not reverse approved conversions without valid proof

6. Tracking & Reporting

• PanelGlobe tracking system is the official record of conversions
• Any disputes must be raised within 7 days
• PanelGlobe decision on tracking disputes will be final

7. Payments & Billing

For Publishers:

• Minimum payout: [Add amount]
• Payment cycle: Net-7 / Net-15 / Net-30 (as agreed)
• Payments via: Bank Transfer / PayPal / UPI

⚠️ PanelGlobe reserves the right to:

• Hold payments for fraud checks
• Reverse invalid or fraudulent leads

For Advertisers:

• Must maintain sufficient balance or prepayment
• Payments must be made on time as per agreement
• Late payments may result in account suspension

8. Fraud & Compliance

PanelGlobe has zero tolerance for fraud.

If detected:

• Immediate account suspension
• Earnings/conversions reversal
• Permanent ban from platform

9. Account Suspension / Termination

• Suspend or terminate any account without prior notice
• Remove access to campaigns
• Cancel pending payments in case of violation

10. Confidentiality

All business data, offers, payouts, and communications must remain confidential. Sharing network data with competitors is strictly prohibited.

11. Third-Party Integrations

PanelGlobe may integrate with third-party platforms or similar networks. We are not responsible for third-party tracking or data issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

PanelGlobe shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Traffic loss or revenue loss
• Third-party failures

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Uttar Pradesh courts.

14. Changes to Terms

PanelGlobe may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
