1. INTRODUCTION & PURPOSE

PanelGlobe is a performance marketing and offer monetization platform that connects Publishers with advertising campaigns, including surveys, CPA offers, and digital promotions.

This Agreement defines the terms under which Publishers may access, promote, and earn revenue through PanelGlobe services.

2. DEFINITIONS

• Publisher: Any individual or entity promoting PanelGlobe offers
• Advertiser: Brands or partners providing campaigns
• Offerwall: A collection of offers, surveys, and tasks
• Conversions: Valid completed actions tracked by the system

3. PUBLISHER ELIGIBILITY

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account details
• Maintain one active account only
• Comply with all applicable laws

PanelGlobe reserves the right to approve or reject any Publisher application.

4. SERVICES PROVIDED

PanelGlobe provides Publishers access to:

• Offerwall integration
• CPA & survey campaigns
• Tracking dashboard
• Performance reports
• Technical support

Integration methods may include:

• Direct links
• API / SDK integration
• Embedded widgets or banners

5. TRAFFIC QUALITY & COMPLIANCE

Publishers agree to generate only genuine and compliant traffic.

❌ Strictly Prohibited:

• Bots, automated scripts, or fake users
• VPN, proxy, or spoofed traffic
• Incentivized or fraudulent clicks (unless approved)
• Misleading content or false advertising
• Spam (email, SMS, push without consent)
• Malware or harmful redirects
• Any illegal traffic sources

PanelGlobe reserves the right to:

• Investigate traffic sources
• Reject invalid conversions
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Withhold payments in case of fraud

6. TRACKING & REPORTING

• All conversions are tracked via PanelGlobe system
• Publisher dashboard will show real-time data
• Pending, approved, and rejected conversions will be visible

⚠️ Important: PanelGlobe’s internal tracking system is final and binding for all reporting, payment, and dispute decisions.

7. PAYMENTS & REVENUE

💰 Payment Schedule:

Payments are processed on the 15th of every month for the previous month’s approved conversions.

💰 Minimum Payout:

Minimum payout threshold is $100 USD

💳 Payment Methods:

• PayPal (International)
• Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
• UPI (India, where applicable)

⚠️ Payment Conditions:

• Only approved conversions are payable
• Incorrect payment details are Publisher’s responsibility
• Bank/transaction fees may apply

Each party is responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations.

8. REVERSALS & FRAUD CONTROL

• Maximum allowed reversal rate: 5%
• Invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent leads may be reversed anytime
• PanelGlobe reserves the right to reverse conversions up to 90 days after tracking

Excessive reversal rates may result in:

• Traffic restriction
• Payment hold
• Account suspension

9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of violation
• Cancel pending earnings if fraud is detected
• Restrict access to campaigns

Publishers may also terminate participation with written notice.

10. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY

Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws.

PanelGlobe may share limited tracking data with partners such as PureSpectrum or other verified advertisers for campaign delivery and validation purposes.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

Publishers agree not to disclose:

• Payment rates
• Campaign details
• Technical integrations
• Business strategies

Without prior written approval from PanelGlobe.

12. REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

Publisher confirms that:

• Traffic sources are legal and compliant
• No violation of third-party rights
• No malware or malicious activity
• No deceptive advertising practices

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PanelGlobe shall not be responsible for:

• Revenue loss or missed earnings
• Technical issues or downtime
• Third-party platform failures
• Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed payments made in the last three (3) months.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

Publisher agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PanelGlobe and its affiliates from any claims arising due to:

• Fraudulent activity
• Policy violations
• Illegal traffic sources
• Misuse of platform

15. TERM & TERMINATION

• This Agreement remains valid until terminated
• Either party may terminate with 14 days notice
• Immediate termination in case of fraud or policy breach

16. MODIFICATIONS

PanelGlobe reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of changes.

17. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

This document represents the complete agreement between PanelGlobe and the Publisher and supersedes all prior communications.
